The family plan is billed monthly. On the web, Stripe handles the payment and we never see your card, and you can cancel from the billing page in one click, with no retention offers. If you subscribe in the iOS app, Apple bills it and you manage it in your Apple ID's subscription settings. Canceling never deletes your kids' progress.
If you paid on the web and Kiwi Tutor isn't working for your kids, email [email protected] within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full, no forms. For a purchase in the iOS app, Apple handles refunds. Details are in the Terms.
