Your kid's practice data is yours. Here's exactly what we collect, who ever sees it, and how we protect it - in plain language, not legal boilerplate.
We will never sell your data. No ads. No trackers. No exceptions.
A parent's email and password. A kid's first name and practice settings. Practice activity - which questions were answered, right or wrong, and the resulting difficulty level. That's it. No last name, no photo, no email, no login of their own, for any kid, ever.
Three companies, named here, not buried in a footnote: Cloudflare hosts the site and database (and provides cookieless traffic stats - no advertising use). Stripe processes payment if you subscribe; we never see or store your card. Resend sends the account emails we send you. That's the complete list - full detail in the Privacy Policy.
A kid is picked from a simple list inside the parent's already-logged-in session - never their own email, password, or login. A parent can remove a kid's data, or delete the whole account, from the Account page at any time.
Nothing on this site tracks a kid (or a parent) across other sites, and nothing here is built to maximize time-on-page. There is no advertising business to sell attention to.
Passwords are stored as salted, one-way cryptographic hashes - never in plain text, not even for us. Every connection is encrypted (HTTPS). Login and signup are rate-limited against automated abuse. Every database query is scoped so one family can never see another's data, enforced on the server, not just hidden in the interface. Dependencies are scanned for known vulnerabilities as a matter of routine, not an afterthought.
No badges, no points to collect, no pay-to-win mechanics, no streak-shaming. A streak or a level-up gets a small, honest celebration because it reflects real progress - nothing here exists just to pull a kid back in. Kiwi Tutor is built to help kids get better at a subject, not to maximize engagement.
